Yara Turnaround 2026
Are you a supplier who will be accessing a Yara Pilbara site during Yara Pilbara’s Turnaround 2026 execution window from 2 July – 6 August?
If so, then you will need to ensure your workers and any subcontractors are mobilised and compliant within the Yara Pilbara Turnaround 2026 portal in Avetta’s Workforce Management Solution.
This page is intended to guide suppliers through onboarding and mobilisation requirements for the 2026 Yara Pilbara Turnaround (TA26).
Key dates
- TA Portal opens for worker profile creation and early verification of competencies: 26 February 2026
- Supplier onboarding webinars: From 26 March 2026
- eLearning (induction) enrolments open: early May 2026
- TA execution window: 2 July – 6 August 2026
- Post-TA access returns to normal mobilisation process afterwards
Who must be mobilised in the Turnaround 2026 Portal?
- All workers entering site during the TA execution window must be mobilised in the Turnaround 2026 Portal.
- Subcontractors must also be onboarded.
- Companies must communicate requirements early and ensure subcontractors comply.
Please note that the Yara Pilbara portal is for normal operations, so if your workers are on site before or after the TA execution window dates (2 July to 6 August 2026), they still need to be mobilised in the normal Yara Pilbara Portal.
If they will be on site during the execution window (2 July to 6 August 2026), they will also need to be mobilised in the Yara Pilbara Turnaround 2026 portal.
Where is the Turnaround Induction and other online learning?
Yara Pilbara will release TA26 online learning in May 2026.
Yara will enrol any existing workers with an active subscription when the learning becomes available and notify supplier WFM Administrators.
Any new worker profiles created after this will require enrolment by the supplier WFM Administrators.
