We recognise that relationships with our suppliers are critical to the success of our business. As a company, we are committed to a culture focused on safety, sustainability, quality and environmental compliance and we are committed to trading with Business Partners who share these same values.

Yara Pilbara actively demonstrate this commitment by requiring our valued Business Partners who perform work on our site(s) to register in Yara Pilbara’s Contractor Management system. This system is managed on our behalf by Avetta/Pegasus.

Contractors working at Yara Pilbara site(s) must be registered and compliant in Yara Pilbara's Contractor Management program. 

The program allows Yara Pilbara and its contractors to manage a shared duty of care.  

The program requires Business Partner companies to register their business and prequalify within the Avetta Connect solution. After which a nominated administrator from the Business Partner company will be able to create and manage individual worker profiles within the Avetta/Pegasus Workforce Management solution. This now includes supplying evidence to prove your worker is adequately trained and qualified to perform selected role(s) and enrolment and completion of site specific training.
