VISITOR REGISTRATION

Visitor and General Freight Delivery Driver Registration & Access

Has Yara Pilbara asked you to complete a Visitor or a General Freight Delivery Driver Registration and Induction? 

If so, please ensure the following is completed at least 48 hours prior to attending site: 

        • Register for and complete our online visitor induction (approx. 20-30 mins); and 
        • Complete (sections 1,2,3,4 & 6) and return our Site Access Request Form [HESQ-YP-FRM-092-01] to your Yara responsible person

Step 1 > Open the Yara Pilbara Site Visitor / General Freight Delivery Driver Form

Step 2 > Upon completion you should receive an email from  "[email protected]" with a link and instructions to access the Yara Pilbara Visitor LMS. 
Step 3 > Register your details to create your Visitor account. If you have previously visited the Yara Pilbara site please click the Log in link to use your existing details then proceed to Step 7. 

Step 4 > Upon successful registration you will receive a notification and email to Activate your Account

Step 5 > After Activation select Continue to sign-in
Step 6 > Select "course details" on either the Visitor Induction or the General Freight Delivery Driver then select Enrol to launch the training. Please ensure you select the correct induction to suite your access type, they are not interchangeable.

Step 7 > Once completed you will need to: 

  1. Download the Site Access Request Form by selecting the 'View Document' button
  2. Select and complete the Visitors acknowledgement; and finally
  3. View / download your induction certificate (proof of completion) by selecting the View Certificate button
Upon completion of each step there will appear the big green tick and once all completed the induction course status will change to 'Passed'. 
Step 8 > Email these completed documents to your Yara Responsible Person at least 48 hours prior to site access.
