RailWallet aims to provide real value and savings to industry. Our competitive pricing and easy billing model allow for transparency and a simplified approach.

Subscription Fees

RailWallet fees are based on services provided and a sliding scale dependent on the number of active worker subscriptions each organisation has within the system.

*Subscription start date is set on initial payment. Renewals are based on the anniversary date from this initial payment. Organisations are identified by unique ABN for calculation of total subscriptions per organisation.

Payment Options

RailWallet supports multiple payment methods including Credit Card and PayPal.

For eligible account customers payment can be made by Purchase Order.

Managing Subscriptions and Invoices

By logging into the RailWallet portal you can:

      • Click on Pending Actions and select subscription renewals to see when upcoming subscriptions are due.
              • Select one or multiple subscriptions to add to cart, and click checkout to make payment
      • Alternatively, you can view a workers’ subscription by clicking on Manage Employees and the subscription tile to view that workers subscription status and expiry.
              • From there you can also download past invoices relating to that worker's subscription history.
              • To disable renewal notifications, un-tick the box for that specific worker

Automated email reminders will be sent to your primary company email address typically 30 days prior. Please contact us if you would like to change this email address or you are not receiving these
