How to Demobilise Workers Correctly

My worker is still employed but no longer on a Kent site, what do I do?

LET’S GET STARTED

Step 1 > Login to and choose Manage Employees

Step 2 > Locate worker profile & select work roles

Step 3 > Delete Site from List

Now the worker is not associated with Kent ie. Kent Future Fuels Project, this will ensure your onsite reports for training and competence are run up to date on what’s reflective in the field.

Step 3 > Email Kent Training with name of person and that you have ended removed the site from, so further steps of notifications can be done as required for security management.
