He is an internationally recognized Certified Business Improvement Lead Auditor and co-author of Organizational Resilience: Managing Risks of Disruptive Events – A Practitioner’s Guide.

Mark Lamb, General Manager, CIPS Asia Pacific, is an experienced professional with considerable expertise in the areas of general management, financial services, insurance and risk management. Taking up the GM role at CIPS Australasia in October 2014, Mark is a results-oriented manager with a strong career record managing people and projects, and product and business initiatives while maintaining operating expenses. His CIPS Australasia role sees him bring his strong leadership skills and proven ability to motivate staff to achieve organisational goals by building consensus, driving change and managing multiple strategic objectives, for the benefit of our industry. His role has since expanded to cover the Asia Pacific region.

Rhys Bush is Regional Vice President for PICS Auditing. He is responsible for implementation of commercial and operational strategy, leading a multi-discipline, multi-lingual team.
