Welcome Metro Partners

As part of our ongoing focus on contractor and supplier safety, quality, technical, environmental, insurance, financial, sustainability, operational and rail specific requirements, registration is required by the timeline below in order to continue doing business with Metro.

We want to ensure that all our contractors and suppliers (on and off site) meet and maintain all requirements and conditions of our business relationship.

In addition to continued work with Metro, membership in the Avetta (formerly known as PICS Auditing) network will also provide your company with the financial and operational benefits described to the right of this page.

This initiative represents a significant progression in how we engage and evaluate the performance of our contractors and suppliers and we are highly confident in both its short and long term benefits.

We value your support and commitment, and look forward to working with you.

For more information, please refer to the downloadable letter, which explains the project in greater detail.  Note:  if you require assistance at any point in this process, you may speak to a dedicated customer service professional by dialing 1800 875 299.

If you are already a member of Avetta, please log into your account at organizer.avetta.com, add Metro, and update your company’s information.  Failure to respond to these instructions may place your relationship under review and will impact your ability to receive and perform current and future work.

Contractor & Supplier  Benefits

•   Exposure – Once registered in the Avetta system, Contractors and Suppliers can search for additional business opportunities in the system. Your company and all of your Goods/Services will be readily available to large organisations that are a part of the Avetta network. Our system puts you in front of a procurement manager at the exact time that they are looking for a Contractor or Supplier.

•   Assistance – Avetta provides Contractors and Suppliers with individualised customer service to help complete the prequalification form, provide guidance on management systems documentation and address insurance documentation questions and concerns. We will not send you to a third party that charges additional costs.

•   Consistency – Metro will apply the same qualification standards to all service providers. This reduces the chance you are underbid by Contractors and Suppliers that cut corners.

•   Cost Savings – Avetta will improve process efficiencies, reduce overheads and improve communication. This is in addition to potential insurance cost reductions.
